@TheDealMakerGuy Ooooh, so your shtick is to put lipstick on the Polish pig until people give you money to invest there... yeah, maximum credibility thereπ
@natehendley@Average_NY_Guy The Nazis were perfectly happy to work with the Poles to dismember CZ though, and were perfectly happy to have them at their side... Things were really good between the Poles and Nazis - in the beginning...
@warchlakpi75593@Average_NY_Guy Yeah the Poles had worked hand in hand with Hitler in 38 to dismember CZ, so surely they were expecting ongoing good relations with the Nazis. Well, FAFO came for them after all...
@kuba1777@fedormendor@TheDealMakerGuy PL has indeed benefited hugely from braindraining UKR for decades - PL would be even further behind w/out Ukrainian workers. As to current support, pretty amusing to brag about it while supporting Orban & trying to hinder UKR's economy! But hey, the Poles sure are always amusing.
@kuba1777@fedormendor@TheDealMakerGuy Everyone in Europe is supporting UKR; the only difference is that PL did it while supporting Orban (a Russian poodle) & blocking Ukrainian agricultural exports. Good old Poles, so predictably two-faced... Just incapable of being honourable.
@kuba1777@fedormendor@TheDealMakerGuy I'm not Ukrainian so I don't speak in their name. But they have shown truly immense honour and bravery for 4 years now, where PL has only shown unbroken lack of honour for more than a century. In that context, easy to guess who gets respect - and who gets contempt.
@kuba1777@fedormendor@TheDealMakerGuy Article 7 because PL broke both its own constitution & its word to the EU. Zaolzie taken in perfect coordination with the Nazis, which covered PL in shame (already). Azov having ugly origins but being brave & honourable under Zel today. PL will never get the respect UKR's earned.
@kuba1777@fedormendor@TheDealMakerGuy Article 7 is a fact, joint invasion (simultaneous & with non-overlapping objectives) with Hitler is a fact, & Azov obeying a Jewish president is a fact (which doesn't make them very Nazi to me). Looking at facts overall, PL has just never kept its word, while UKR has honour today
@kuba1777@fedormendor@TheDealMakerGuy Simply doubting that a country with a Jewish president can be called pro-Nazi, but hey I know you're desperate to change the conversation away from PL's constant lack of honourπ Using Epstein for deflection is pretty brazen, I'll give you that! Won't make PL respected though...
@kuba1777@fedormendor@TheDealMakerGuy UKR has a Jewish president so their Nazi credentials sure leave a lot to be desired... & yes PL signed away Zaolzie at Spa in 1920 but couldn't keep their word (notice a pattern) so they jointly invaded CZ with Hitler (joint timing, no overlap in territorial objectives). Typical!
@kuba1777@fedormendor@TheDealMakerGuy Once again, I'm talking about the present, not what happened 80 years ago (though I always enjoy reminding the Poles of how they worked hand in hand with Hitler to dismember CZ in 1938...). & the fact is that these days, UKR is showing great honour, while PL can't keep its word
@kuba1777@fedormendor@TheDealMakerGuy I'm not Ukrainian, I just support them in their war against Russia. But your whataboutism tells me everything about how indefensible you know your position to beπ
@nikolaushaufler@TheDealMakerGuy@Goparticul59290 Makes no sense as a one-factor explanation, bc in 2004-5, when PL joined the EU & DE started to invest there, PL was also very corrupt. The long distances across poor infrastructure is the main limiting factor for SE Europe - not to mention that they joined 3 years later than PL.
@fedormendor@TheDealMakerGuy Not German, but yes I have immense contempt for PL. PL broke her word to the EU for 9 years (Article 7) & the Poles saw nothing wrong with it. Also helped Orban ignore EU rules for 9 years. Constantly begging for more free EU money though. Just a contemptible nation w/o honour.
@nikolaushaufler@TheDealMakerGuy@Goparticul59290 What a stupid argument. PL did better because it's so close to DE - so it gets easy access to the huge German market & it's easier for DE to build plants there. Also it could easily brain-drain UKR and Belarus for quality cheap labour. Poland has only one quality: good location.
@doe37472786816@MaxNordau Thanks, it's excellent & very affordable entertainment to expose petty nationalists to the many ugly aspects of their culture/history - and try desperately to wriggle out of the ugly facts. The Poles and Turks are always the best funππ
@doe37472786816@MaxNordau & now a complete strawman - you sure are a Pole.
As to the Russians - I absolutely despise them (also why I despise the Poles, of course), but in this case yes they were way more decent than the Poles.
@doe37472786816@MaxNordau Oh, so you need to jump 20 years to distract from the facts you lied about - that PL was a violently antisemitic country for years before & after the Nazis invaded? & that only the Russian-controlled Communist government put an end to that period, in 1946? Hehehe, I rest my case.
@doe37472786816@MaxNordau Some Nazis like Schindler rejected antisemitism, some Poles did too - cold comfort for the countless victims of Polish violence between 36/46. & that violence only stopped when the Communist gvt (i.e the Russians) intervened... A little story to end this:
