Introducing Slop.md...
A 80,000+ Character .MD File that removes all common AI Slop design language.
- A general guideline, use it anywhere.
- Not a "website maker" but prevents slop design.
- Made by weeks of consistent additions to the .MD of common slop structure by AI in order to prevent it.
> View the video & the site for detail Before and After.
Hopefully it helps you! it's my first ever public ship so I'm very open for any feedback!
Special thanks to @amianthus_ for the landing page inspiration and the idea that I can do a .md release!
and @leodev / @grimcodes for inspiring me to ship publicly as well!
Hardening? Ubuntu Hardening Script for Secure Servers 🛡️💀
Hardening is an open-source security automation project that applies dozens of security best practices to Ubuntu Server. It configures firewall rules, SSH, kernel parameters, AppArmor, Auditd, AIDE, USBGuard, password policies, systemd, logging, and many other security settings to create a more secure baseline.
✨ Key Features:
• 🔒 Automates Ubuntu server hardening using security best practices
• 🛡️ Configures SSH, UFW firewall, Auditd, AppArmor, AIDE, USBGuard, PSAD, and RKHunter
• ⚙️ Applies kernel (sysctl), systemd, filesystem, password, and PAM hardening
• 📁 Secures mounts, disables unnecessary kernel modules, and restricts services
• 🧪 Includes 700+ automated tests plus Lynis and OpenSCAP validation
• 📚 Based on recommendations from CIS Benchmarks, Ubuntu STIG, and other security guidance
⚠️ Note:
The maintainer states that this script is no longer actively maintained and is **not idempotent**. For production environments, the recommended approach is the accompanying **Ansible Hardening Collection**, which is easier to maintain and automate.

If you are building software-defined vehicles, robotics, or embedded systems, check out Veecle OS.
It is an open-source Rust-based programming framework designed to let developers write software that runs across low-power microcontrollers, embedded devices, and high-performance systems using a unified architecture.
What you will learn:
🦀 Rust for Embedded Systems
🚗 Software-Defined Vehicles (SDV)
⚙️ Hardware Abstraction Layers (HAL)
🔄 Asynchronous Programming
📡 Telemetry & Observability
🧩 Modular System Architecture
🔒 Memory-Safe Systems Programming
🖥️ Cross-Platform Embedded Development
🤖 Robotics Software
⚡ Real-Time & Embedded Applications
📚 Resources

✨ Portal API preserves React context in sheets
🔒 Type-safe IDs with TypeScript
📱 iOS-style scale animations
No more lost context in bottom sheets!
Built on @gorhom's bottom-sheet + @ziusko's react-native-teleport
Here's the link:

You compose the sheet surface in React and the native side handles animation. That split is why heavy rendering on the JS thread keeps your drag and snap buttery.

Someone deployed a honeypot on Azure, and the results were eye-opening.
In less than 24 hours, it recorded:
• 90,000+ attack attempts
• 8,000+ attacks per hour
• 600+ attacks per minute
The attackers tried everything:
• Exploiting known CVEs
• Brute-forcing weak passwords like "123456"
• Privilege escalation
• DDoS attempts
• Database targeting
This is a reminder that the internet is constantly being scanned by automated bots and threat actors looking for vulnerable systems.
If your server is exposed to the internet, don't assume no one will find it they will.
Security isn't optional.
Patch vulnerabilities, use strong authentication, and monitor your systems.
Kudos to the creator of this honeypot experiment for highlighting the reality of today's threat landscape.

Every project management tool was designed by project managers, for project managers.
This one was designed for ADHD, dyslexic, and autistic brains instead. And it turns out that also makes it better for literally everyone who just wants to get work done without configuring a tool for two weeks first.
It’s called Leantime.
Most PM tools throw you straight into a task board and expect you to already know what a “sprint” is. Leantime is built around a different idea: tasks should trace back to a goal, not float in a backlog with no reason attached.
→ Ships with strategic planning tools, Lean Canvas, SWOT analysis, built to connect the “why” to the actual task list, not just a bare Kanban board
→ The same tasks render as Kanban, table, or list, whichever your brain processes better on a given day
→ Gantt-style milestone timeline, a built-in project wiki, and time tracking, all native, not four separate tools stitched together
→ Interface is deliberately built to reduce cognitive overload and context-switching, an actual design principle here, not an accessibility checkbox added later
→ Self-host via Docker in under an hour, your team’s entire project history stays on a server you control
Jira was built assuming a certified project manager runs the workflow. Most teams are five people trying to ship something, not an enterprise PMO. Leantime is what a PM tool looks like when it’s built for the second group.
