Watermelon Mojito: muddle mint, 2 Tbsp of sugar & 1/4 cup lime juice. Fill shaker w/ ice, 3/4 cup rum, 6 oz watermelon puree & another 1/4 cup lime juice; shake well. Strain into glasses over ice leaving 1 inch empty, top glass with club soda, garnish with fresh mint & lime.
