Hello! I AM A NEW LEGACY SYSTEM SPECIALIST IN THE CITY OF ASFALIS!

Finally decided to look at the package. Took a lot of willpower. It's data storage, that was always obvious, but... it comes from an Argus scanner. Those sensors all over the city. And judging from the damage, somebody has to have domed one of those things to get this.
