Vishwa Hindu Parishad garlands convicted rapists and murderers of Muslims. If you read this story and it does not make you introspect your vote for Hindutva politics, then you are a piece of shit representing the lowest point in human history.
CIA has no interest/incentive in destroying India and it's democracy.
Modi Government is doing a very effective job of doing that already. Since 12 years.
Israel has now squeezed over 2 million Palestinians into 30% of Gaza. Gaza was already one of the most densely populated places on earth. Now, it’s basically a concentration camp. American media is going to go in a museum one day as the propagandists who covered up these crimes.
The most advertised "freedom" on earth.
The most surveilled population in the wealthy world.
The country with the most guns has the least political violence against its government of any democracy on earth.
The most armed, most individually sovereign, most constitutionally protected citizenry in history, and they have not meaningfully contested the concentration of wealth that has occurred over the last fifty years, the largest upward transfer in American economic history, conducted legally, in public, while everyone watched.
The guns are for each other.
The guns are for the paranoid fantasy of the individual defending his home against a burglar, or against a "tyrannical government" that remains, in the fantasy, always approaching but never quite arriving, always five minutes away, the constant threat that justifies the guns but never materializes in a form that requires using them.
The guns are not for the thing the Second Amendment said they were for.
The Second Amendment said: a well-regulated militia, being necessary to the security of a free state.
The security of a free state.
Meaning: the people retain the capacity to contest their government when the government becomes tyrannical.
Fifty years of stagnant wages.
Fifty years of declining union membership.
Fifty years of rising healthcare costs against flat income growth.
Fifty years of the rules being rewritten in public in favor of people who already own everything.
The free state is not particularly secure.
The guns are still in the rack.
The subscription is still running.
Vladimir Putin couldn't deliver a speech at the UN due to ICC arrest warrant, but Benjamin Netanyahu can deliver his speech at the UN even with ICC arrest warrant?!
Arresting Maduro before arresting Netanyahu is certainly not what international law order.
If you are wondering why they are killing journalists, healthcare workers, aid workers, and UN staff, it's because they are the people who will testify in court as to what war crimes committed.
If you are wondering why they are calling for the abolition of the International Criminal Court, it’s because it’s the court that will put them on trial as to what war crimes committed.
They are killing both the witnesses and the court. They are willing to abolish the International Criminal Court so that Netanyahu and others will not be prosecuted.
International law has not failed; This’s not the failure of the law. The law stands and its principles remain clear. The failure is our collective will to uphold it, and to put a punishment for those who violate the international law.
How much the Zionist lobby has control over the world order?!
We need a strong United Nations... and strong UN officials capable of standing firm against war criminals—We the PEOPLE of the UNITED NATIONS determined to save succeeding generations from the scourge of war and maintain international peace, to reaffirm faith in fundamental human rights, and to establish respect for international law.
Netanyahu belongs in The Hague. He's a war criminal who has been charged by the International Criminal Court and is now an international fugitive from justice.
Netanyahu war crimes trial is going to be historic.
We—THE PEOPLE—are capable of achieving peace and justice if we unite against war and injustice.
Nothing escapes the judgment of history.
The streaming subscription is not a small thing.
It is the perfected endpoint of a very long project.
The project: take a population with genuine revolutionary potential, young, indebted, with declining living standards and growing awareness of structural inequality, and redirect its energy from collective action to individual consumption.
Give it prestige television about dystopia so it can feel the feeling of resistance without doing the thing of resistance.
Give it prestige television about empire and revolution so it can feel the feeling of being on the right side of history from a couch, having paid a monthly fee to do so.
Give it social media so its outrage can be expressed, validated, liked, and dissipated in the same twenty-minute cycle, without ever accumulating into anything an institution needs to respond to.
Give it delivery apps so it never has to enter a public space where it might encounter other people in similar conditions and begin to understand them as potential allies rather than strangers.
The revolution will not be televised.
The revolution will be turned into content.
The content will be monetized.
The proceeds will go to the shareholders.
You will be invited to rate your experience.
People say:
"I don’t trust the U.S. or Israel, but Iran is still a huge threat."
Based on what?
The same intelligence agencies that lied about Iraq?
The same media that covers up every child killed in Gaza?
If your view of Iran comes from its enemies, your opinion is not independent.
It is a franchise.
I don’t care how “efficient” the private sector is.
Some services should never be run as businesses.
Health care. Water. Electricity. Gas. Prisons.
If a company makes more money when people get sicker, stay locked up longer, or have no choice but to pay, that’s a system built on conflicting interests.
You cannot commit genocide in Gaza, invade Lebanon, bomb Iran, Syria, Yemen, and Iraq, violate Geneva and Vienna Conventions, international law, human rights, and state sovereignty, then hide behind anti-Semitism.
There is no rise in anti-Semitism. There is a rise in the number of people who are very angry at what Israel is doing. Your inability to separate the two is equally problematic.
China has lifted 800 million people out of poverty, has universal healthcare, the best modern infrastructure in the world, and accomplished all this under the Communist Party of China. This terrifies the US ruling class because it undermines capitalism and proves socialism works.
History is being written right now.
Not in fifty years.
Not when the archives are declassified and the memoirs are published and the documentaries are made.
Right now.
Every government in the Muslim world is making a record.
The votes at the United Nations are on record.
The defense cooperation agreements are on record.
The normalizations are on record.
The statements calling Iran an enemy while Israel bombed are on record.
The silence during the siege of Gaza is on record.
The bases made available to American forces striking Muslim targets are on record.
And on the other side of the record: Iran.
Under sanctions.
Under assassination.
Under bombardment.
Still standing.
Still armed.
Still the country that fired back when everyone else was drafting statements.
Still the country that answered the hadith while others were explaining why the hadith had to be understood in context.
Still the country whose answer to "on which side do you stand?" is legible, consistent, and paid for in blood.
Future generations of Muslims will read this record.
They will ask their grandparents: where were you?
They will ask their governments: what did you do?
The record will answer for you.
The record is already being written.
Make sure you understand what it currently says about you.
Because the Muslims you abandoned already know.
Iran committed a big crime, a huge crime. They stood up for the people in Gaza and Lebanon while they were being killed by the US and Israel. They stood by them and resisted the occupation. The West does not like that. The West wants to usurp the land, the oil, everything wherever they go. Anyone who resists or criticizes them is a criminal.
What has Iran really done that is so unforgivable?
Did it invade continents?
Colonize half the earth?
Drop atomic bombs on civilians?
Build military bases around the globe?
Topple governments by the dozen?
Starve nations with sanctions and call it diplomacy?
No.
Its unforgivable act was simpler.
It refused to become manageable.
And for some rulers in the Muslim world, that refusal is more offensive than any Western crime, because it threatens the very terms of their own survival.

1900. Wife and daughter of French colonial governor Paul Doumer casually throwing rice and pennies to Vietnamese children — forcing them to crawl and fight like animals for scraps.
This is how the West brought ‘civilization.’
Humiliation as entertainment. Supremacy as policy.
We remember every scar.
We will never bow again.
