@andspo@andspo Yes, you should be able to remove the Bluetooth pairings on an E100 by performing a factory reset. Please go to Source>Menu>Main Menu>Factory Reset>Enter>Display. Please do let us know if you require any further assistance!
@toornado1@toornado1 Please could you confirm how old the unit is, and where you purchased it from? Have you tried to remove power by removing the mains plug for 5-10 minutes in order to dissipate any capacitance, then re-applying the power to see whether this rectifies the problem?

@JayJ__18 If you are looking to make a claim under the manufacturer warranty you will have to go via the reseller, unfortunately, if it was purchased second hand, the manufacturer warranty is non transferable and any shipping/repair work required would be chargeable.

@xsiv_one@xsiv_one Please try removing the power from all equipment, leave equipment unplugged for around 5-10mins, re-plug back into the mains, turn the NetServer back on, leave for 5mins to entirely boot up, you should be good to go!
