@Axel11psg @AfconCentral25 I will give you answer. Probably you used "official passport" instead of "ordinary passport". I did that as a Polish citizen. Asked support, they advised to remove the account and make the new one...

@Dima_Balas @Yalla_Morocco Hi, I had this. Try reinstalling again and DON'T choose english at that screen - try Arabic and click "next". Should work after some tries... Then in the app you will be able to change to English
