‘it is.’ was released 10 years ago today. The album to me was meant to talk about what everything is. It just ‘is’. Whether you do it or don’t. So why not do it? “You are a human being, so ‘be’.” Things will continue to change around me as well as within me. All I can do is try to be what I want to be more and more everyday. And continue to send out my communications through music. I’m grateful to everyone that has received and/or will receive the messages in the future. To those who think “oil palm is still a tree,” u kena faham yang trees grown for commercial purposes are very different from an actual forest ecosystem

Hutan yang sebenar has a very diverse flora & fauna, dengan banyak layers, each serving different purposes…some compress the soil, some filter rainwater, others provide habitats, & so on

When u plant only one type of tree on a massive scale to replace a natural forest, the impact is significant, contohnya kualiti tanah makin teruk, ganggu pergerakan air bila hujan nanti, or hilang biodiversiti

No wonder the monsoon effects on Sumatra are so extreme. Ni bukan bencana alam dah. Tapi bencana manusia🥲
