I get the same error either if I create the SendGrid account on the Azure Portal or using an ARM deployment.

Also I couldn't create a support request because SendGrid service is not listed in the Service dropdown. :(

@SpotifyCares There is a very annoying bug in Spotify Connect. Android media volume is affecting the volume on my Yamaha network Hi-Fi receiver. It is not funny when volume jumps up to 100% unexpectedly.

@SpotifyCares please re-categorise podcasts as AUDIO so that they play on audio-only Connect devices. Podcasts are not "mixed-media", they are audio media. This issue will be affecting millions of users globally and has been flagged by the community for 18 months to no response!
