The best traders have a deep understanding of themselves

They’re in touch with their own emotions and know what their strengths and weaknesses are

Stop spending all day watching yt videos, or tv, or listening to podcasts

Take time each day to actually think about you, the problems you’re facing and how you’re going to solve them

This will do so much more for you than watching another motivational YouTube video about trading

Prop firms are 100% the best way to scale your trading if you’re low on capital

You pay $1k for a $200k challenge account

If you pass and just get a 1% payout you get refunded + $2k

That same 1% on a $1k live account is just $10

Just go with reputable firms and only buy challenges when you’re actually profitable and you’ll be able to take your trading to the next level

If you can get 1-3% a month consistently you can get millions in investor capital for no extra work on your part - just copy-trading the same trades you’re already taking on prop firms

Also great to have a 2-3 year track record of your trading for if you want to approach investors in the future, work at a proprietary trading firm, etc

When you get good at trading, you don’t need to worry about what crypto, stocks or gold is doing

You can make money no matter if the market is going up, down or sideways

Diversify your income

•Invest in other things like real estate

Once you have your trading strategy - stop consuming trading content

I don’t watch any trading videos, podcasts or read any trading books

The only videos I’ll watch is from the people I actually learned trading from, and I’ll read tweets from traders purely for entertainment

But watching a ton of trading content when you already have your trading strategy is NOT good for you

All it does is distract you and give you shiny object syndrome - you’ll want to change strategies all the time cause you see other people “killing it” with their strategies

You’re much better off just blocking out the noise and focusing on yourself
