📢 My Experience with Buyer vulinhk – Wrong Claims, Forced Refund on eBay

The buyer left this comment on my listing:

“Device does not work on camera button, very slow, and quick running out charge… would like to return with full refund or partial refund $90.”

Here are the facts:

Camera → Works perfectly. I provided photo evidence showing the camera in use.

Battery → The Lenovo ThinkPad X1 Fold Gen 1 has a small 50Wh battery. Lenovo Dashboard shows ~4 hours on a full charge, which is normal for this model.

Performance → This device has an Intel i5-L16G7 with 8GB RAM, designed for light productivity. It’s not built for gaming or video editing. The performance is factory-standard, not a defect.

Side Button → The so-called “camera button” is actually the nano SIM tray, not a camera button.

Everything the buyer claimed was inaccurate. The device worked exactly as described in my listing.

⚠️ The bigger issue: eBay only allows sellers to leave positive feedback for buyers. That means I cannot warn other sellers through the platform itself. Even with full evidence, I was forced to accept the return.

🚨 Be careful with this buyer: nguyen vu linh (username: vulinhk) — their claims were 100% false in my case. I’m sharing this here so other sellers are aware.

Anaheim Anytime, In Anaheim, You Can Park on Red Curbs anywhare, anytime - No problem.
For years, I’ve reported this same red car illegally parked in front of my house, right on the red curb. It blocks space for trash bins and breaks the law — yet nothing ever changes. I’ve contacted the police — they said they don’t have time to issue tickets. I’ve used Anaheim Anytime more than I can count, only to see each case closed with no results. They say the car’s been ticketed multiple times, but the car is always back — same spot, same violation.

It feels like in Anaheim, parking laws mean nothing. People can park illegally for years with no real consequence. Why aren’t photo reports accepted? Why aren’t cameras installed?

I’m tired of being ignored — so I’m sharing this publicly. Maybe it's time our city takes these problems seriously.

🚨 Humane’s Ai Pin Shutdown – A Bait-and-Switch on Customers! 🚨

I purchased the Humane Ai Pin around $1,000 on 9/20/24, expecting an innovative, long-term device. Five month later, Humane is shutting down all services, making the device completely useless by February 28, 2025.

What’s worse? They refuse to issue refunds, even though:

- My original order was never fully fulfilled. The charger case was missing due to safety issues, and I was forced to wait 3-6 months for it.
- When they finally offered a refund or a 3-6-month wait , I chose to wait—but now, with Ai Pin being discontinued, I’m stuck with nothing.
- Despite my order not being complete, they are using a 90-day policy against me!

💰 No Refunds for a Dead Device?
Humane refuses to take responsibility, hiding behind a strict 90-day return policy, even though the device is being bricked far before its expected lifespan. This isn’t a customer’s fault—it’s a failure of Humane’s business model, and paying customers are being left with expensive e-waste.
