@AlexNeilSNP that’s not what the legislation says. What you quote is a police interpretation which is not the law. The police don’t decide when a crime is committed. The courts do if there is a prosecution.

@andywightman got to change the dynamic of land reform. Priority must be given to turning ownership of land property into a liability. If the owners can’t or won’t pay the AGFRR on it they’ll soon divest themselves of it if they can. Then the possibilities change!

@IanRoberts18389 @DougChapmanSNP just dissolve the Union and advise the UN that the Union is dissolved and that Scotland will honour its obligations in terms of the Vienna Convention on dissolution.

That would immediately prevent Enwani doing anything without the consent of Scotland .
