@TfL I called Friday to report my son's zip card as faulty. Paid Β£10 over the phone but have not received confirmation that a new Zip Card has been issued. The money has been deducted from my bank to TFL. Please can you assist?
@TfL Hi, the bus stops were Grange Road and Warwick Road/ University of West London. Around 9:20am. Both children explained to the driver they can use them until 31/12/25 & even showed the driver their photocards & info from TFL.
@Matalan I placed an order on 2nd Oct for next day instore collection, but it never arrived. I contacted customer service, who said my order would arrive today... Still no confirmation text/email to say it's ready to collect. What is going on? Never had such terrible service b4.
@TfL Why are the 281 and 110 bus drivers refusing my son to travel with his expired 11-15 zip card! Now he has to walk to college, which is over an hour away! π€¬
@TfL@MrsKagan My partner, who is a bus driver, was not aware of this from his bus company until I showed him the information on the TFL site... So bus drivers have NOT been informed of the 11-15 zip cards being extended & they just need to show the photocard to the driver!
@TrapstarLondon Hi, I have sent you an email and attempted to do an online chat, but I am getting no response regarding an order I placed. When will your customer service team reply to emails, it's been more than 48 hours!
@ancelbailey@TfL I'm in the same position as my son. Customer service said to claim for a refund if the system is still down when the 11-15 zip card expires. Surely, they should be able to extend the current accounts until the problem is resolved.
@MarkSharon_DP@TfL When I called customer service on Sunday regarding my son's 16+, I was told the only applications they were processing were the 60+ ones, give them a call tomorrow and I'm sure they will sort it for you.
@TfL How can I apply for a 16+ zip card for my son? I called Tfl yesterday, and they said they can not issue a card, even though my son already has an account for 11-15 zip card, which expires this month! Please help me to get a zip card in time so he can travel to college!
@TfL@Jogibbo I just called and was told they can not make any applications for 16+ over the phone as the system is down, and I need to wait for the system to be up and running again. Extremely frustrating!
@Jogibbo@TfL@MayorofLondon I'm in the same position for my son. I was told the 11-15 oyster expires end of September. Hopefully, TFL will sort out the problem before then. If not, keep receipts and claim back for a refund.
