@Moontheangel312 hiiii okay so it probably took me around 4-6 weeks to lose almost 8kg, it would’ve been quicker but i got lazy and binged a bit in between that time 😓. but what helped me consistently lose weight was doing omad, drinking enough water, getting 8k-10k+ steps a day, and working out
