Here's a sneak peek at a Dyson Sphere built with #GodotEngine.
This is not an "art" rendering. It's a dynamically evolving object that involves ~100,000 moving parts. (Conceptually, >1,000,000,000,000 parts, but shaders & MultiMeshes only get you so far...)
We have a dev blog! The 1st is a walkthrough of the current dev build.
Please drop by if you are interested in space economics, Kardashev civs, and that sort of thing...

My favorite photo from this morning's launch. Captured using techniques I've never used before, it exceeded my expectations in every way. I feel this photo perfectly illustrates the beauty and power of Starship.
Congratulations to the entire SpaceX team on an exciting second integrated flight test of Starship!
Starship successfully lifted off under the power of all 33 Raptor engines on the Super Heavy Booster and made it through stage separation
Our Dev Blog starts in September!
Meanwhile, I'm hard at work migrating @IVoygr to Godot 4. If you haven't already, check out I, Voyager's web based Planetarium: https://t.co/0AHSNFBHuU
Welcome to Astropolis!
It's been in the works, but today I'm opening up the development process. Help me build a Kardashev Type II civilization!
Off-Earth mining & manufacturing, interplanetary economies, ... and a Dyson swarm!
