@Guimarin I've wanted a searchable DB of all US laws for a long time. I looked into doing it myself. But many states have laws about sharing/publishing their laws! It's illegal in some states or they will fight you with takedown/copyright notices. Bullshit. It won't happen without a fight.

@WholesomeMeme I also worry about warming water too much. What if they radiate heat up & use the water to cool radiators & then cascade or splash to cool it in air as much as possible? Air+water is better than just air. Also have the pumps filter out trash & microplastics!
