@rajat561@Jikkyleaks@ANI Did this study measure efficacy of 1 dose, 2 dose, and 3 dose but not have a control or measure zero doses? Hard to measure dosing efficacy without a control isn’t it? Maybe I am reading it incorrectly.
@BankXRP@TaylorS6404577@JoelKatz@grok If I get paid by a credit card for goods or services I have provided. The buyer can call their Credit Card company and claim fraud and the funds will be immediately retracted or “clawed back”.
@TheDirector_YT Long time Chargers fan. Live in San Diego. Enjoyed the throw back but I’d be lying if I said it doesn’t feel off to see them celebrating SD culture in LA
@RetroAgent12 @KLUltraMaga It’s disingenuous to call disallowing tax dollars to fund sexual/pornographic books to children, a “book ban”. You are welcome to buy any and show them to your children at home. Do you believe my children should be forced to be exposed to that and I forced pay for them?
@deepdive76@Gryffone@woopwoopoz@delbigtree I understand your frustration, but this needs to be a scientific process, not an emotional one. Real science, not corporate $cience.
@PrincipledGirl@deepdive76@woopwoopoz@delbigtree You’re right. Can’t fight decades of corruption and the overtaking of institution with hyperbolic announcings. Need to generate indisputable empirical evidence that will standup to scrutiny indefinitely.
@DarrigoMelanie The story you describe shows Elon paying $40+ billion in taxes. Are you suggesting your tax burden is greater and he is not contributing enough???
@DarrigoMelanie 1). If he bought it for $44b personally, then that would be with after tax dollars. So he made $80b, paid $36B in taxes, used the remaining $44b to buy twitter. Sold to the corp for $33b (likely the appraised value) to his corp, then wrote off the $10b loss, thus not having to
@DarrigoMelanie 2.) $5b in taxes he otherwise would have. But, x (twitter) is now valued at $44b again so he will have to pay the taxes on the $10b gain if/when he sells/transfer and pay taxes on profits (twitter was previously running losses).
@SwissJosi @libsoftiktok I do agree that these are humans. But asking employees to confirm production, which is what they are paid for seems more responsible than threatening. I am self employed and only receive payment when I produce. My clients ask me what I am doing everyday. It’s a fair question IMO
@jdeng888@AndyKatz16@MarioNawfal That’s because they have already found corruption and fraud. Millions to domestic journalists. Millions/Billions to NGO’s, the list goes on. You seem intent of finding equivalent fault rather than repairing broken systems.
@jdeng888@AndyKatz16@MarioNawfal Confimation bias? Legally profiting is different than illegal corruption and fraud. Public Servants running USAID stole billions. We want to investigate that. Trump legally selling a meme coin shouldn't stop those investigations. Profiting publicly is legal. Corruption is not.
