@AmazonHelp if I have a complaint about the service I've received ( firstly from the courier and then by 3 of your customer service team) who do I contact? Is there an email address?

@AmazonHelp I’m not at all happy with both the courier and also how customer service handled this as I basically wasted my evening waiting for something that would never arrive that I was assured would.

@AmazonHelp I then get a message today from the courier saying they will deliver Friday. No one will be there Friday and the whole reason I ordered it by prime is because I wanted it next day.

@AmazonHelp spoke to someone else at amazon, and they were apologetic but once again reiterated the courier should get it there asap but if I haven’t got it by Friday then they’ll issue a refund or replacement “at no extra cost

@AmazonHelp I contact amazon again and get given the response oh it should turn up by Friday “ it might get to you tonight but I can’t guarantee it” then they rudely cut the chat before I could respond.

@AmazonHelp I then spoke to one of your customer service team who said they had spoke to the courier and it will be with me by 10PM. A few hours go by and still nothing so I check my amazon app and it said they had tried to deliver 15 mins earlier, once again no one had been to the house.

I waited in for my delivery as given by your courier, it went past that time and the app said he was running late, an hour after he was supposed to be here I get a notification the delivery had been rejected by resident. No one had even attempted to deliver.
