Student exams in #Syria began today, as did national internet blackouts. First exam-related outage of the year occurred earlier today - a practice that began in 2016:

.@insightlyapp down again and still claiming 100% uptime on status page....

[Thomas @t_a_b]

@insightlyapp the api seems broken again. i am getting a lot of 500 server errors in the last few hours.

[Thomas @t_a_b]

@anaulin @insightlyapp https://t.co/EwpfvdCTk5 says our limit is "unlimited" but still we get an over quota error. old account had no limit.

[Thomas @t_a_b]

@anaulin got a response that @insightlyapp sent it to their engineering. Last time we had an api issues the engineering response was 7 weeks

[Thomas @t_a_b]

@insightlyapp your status page still claims 100% uptime but noone noticed that adding any entry is impossible with the api for 2 days?

[Thomas @t_a_b]

@insightlyapp your api is broken since yesterday: you can't add any records anymore. could you please check it?

[Thomas @t_a_b]

@brycemcd Thanks. Your sqs change was a real improvement, but required additional iam permissions. I sent a pull request with a workaround.

[Thomas @t_a_b]

@sgde_status sipgate team lässt uns seit ca. 1h nichtmehr raus telefonieren (service unavailble). wann soll es wieder funktionieren?
