@asklivermore It’s impossible to follow him and most of his stocks have fallen. Stopped following him a while ago as my portfolio went 📉

[Teresa Bond @t_bond1515]

@Alice_MiaX I’m interested. Traded it years ago. I learned a lot about charts.

@Alice_MiaX I have the Costco Executive Membership too and totally worth it. Whether you’re 1 person or a family. Easily get the membership fee back in a year.

@jg_trading @Alice_MiaX I’ve been to DC during the Biden admin and almost got mugged. I’ve been to DC during the Trump admin and never felt safer. That’s not a false illusion.

I could go on about other cities with similar comparisons.

[Teresa Bond @t_bond1515]

@Alice_MiaX I get that part for sure. I do think people are still spending but my portfolio isn’t loving this 2 year term so far 😬

[Teresa Bond @t_bond1515]

@jg_trading @Alice_MiaX I’ll take safer streets and cities, less human trafficking and drugs killing our people among other crimes any day of the week.

[Teresa Bond @t_bond1515]

@Alice_MiaX I had a seller who was offered $700k, he wanted $750k ($50k over any other similar property). He settled a year later for $590k 😂

@asklivermore Took profits yesterday at $19.50 (cb was $15.15), should have waited one more day but great call.

@Alice_MiaX BLOX and QQQI

[Teresa Bond @t_bond1515]

@Alice_MiaX Love my BLOX and GIAX, more invested in BLOX but both are great.

[Teresa Bond @t_bond1515]

@TommiPedruzzi Thank you. Busy day. I’ll try to watch it soon.
