@morenikejidave@Machi1Nne But he hadn’t even prophesied to his members yet. He merely summarised the prophecy he intended to share with them later. So much for the “obvious,” lol.
Just went back to your original comment to see if I had missed anything, but no, I missed nothing. There really isn’t anything there beyond your conclusion that his statement was wrong. Again, in simple terms, why is his statement wrong? How e take fuck up?
Since you’re not willing to indulge my question, at least allow me REST nah and stop replying with the same rhetoric over and over again.
I’m not sure what point you made here. You said the sermon was simple and the script was clear, yet you haven’t actually stated what you disagree with.
If the statement AAO made is as obviously wrong as you suggest, it shouldn’t be difficult to explain why. Saying I should “REST” isn’t an argument, it’s just you being reactive. But that’s fine. No need for me to engage further.
Apostle Arome Osayi
Let it be known that this man of God is not trending because of money laundering, he is not trending because he slept with another man's wife.
He is not trending because he stole or defrauded anyone.
He is trending because he said Nigeria has a calling for REVIVAL.
I love this kind of trend.
It is noble.
God bless you Apostle
I love you so much♥️
@ApostleArome
At this point, I think we need to step back and ask: What do you people think revival is? Perhaps that would help us understand why some of you are so upset.
What is revival to you? Is it simply a spiritual awakening? Who is doing the reviving, and what exactly is being revived?
Can a nation truly experience revival, or is revival something confined to church programmes and spiritual gatherings?
This question is especially for Christians: What does the Bible actually teach about revival? (assuming you believe the Bible teaches about revival at all)

For those angry, you will see more of Dr Arome Osayi in the coming years.
The prophetic utterances that went forth on him today, oh My God !
🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥
Jesus healed a blind American woman at Apostle Arome Osayi’s meeting
She had been blind for 5 years, & prior to losing her sight, she had worn glasses since the age of 8
Unbelievers go explain tire 🤣
Correcting with respect is not exclusively a Christian ideal; it is a principle of basic human decency that Christians and non-Christians alike recognise. Take what VDM did for an instance, he did not merely critique the pastor’s message; he literally mocked the man himself. That is not something anyone should encourage.
By all means, challenge a pastor’s message, disagree with his position, and scrutinise his doctrine or reasoning. But do so with enough restraint and human decency to avoid insults and personal mockery. You can strongly disagree with someone without ridiculing them. This is the kind of society we should strive to build.
@RealRayza@Ihunanya_chi I agree with you 💯. It takes discipline tho, cause these things are not planned at all. Sometimes you just need to pause mid-sermon and think 😅.
Pastors correct one another all the time, sometimes controversially. But mockery is where everyone draws the line. The same way no pastor is above correction, VDM is not above criticism either. You can disagree with the pastor’s take and still disagree with VDM’s delivery. Both can be true.
And no, that doesn’t mean we’ve lost the plot. If VDM was only concerned about the pastor’s message and how wrong it was, there was no need to mimic his facial condition or resort to name-calling. Criticising someone’s message is one thing; ridiculing their physical condition is another. Accountability should never come at the expense of basic human decency.
So forgive me if I cannot see past the mockery 🙏🏽
A Man of God isn't exempted from criticism and questioning; As a matter of fact, Jesus was also heavily criticized and questioned during his time.
So his point is invalid.
Apostle Arome Osayi is, without question, one of the defining fathers of the modern Apostolic Movement in Africa.
For those who were active in campus and youth ministry between 2012 and 2020, this name needs little introduction. There was a time when the title “Apostle” was neither fashionable nor casually adopted. Then came a man whose life, ministry, teaching, discipleship, and apostolic influence made the title visible and weighty to an entire generation.
It is said that over 100 ministries have emerged through his direct or indirect oversight, influence, and apostolic input. And if you trace the spiritual genealogy of the modern African Apostolic Movement, as much as 80% of contemporary African Apostles can be traced, directly or indirectly, to the discipleship, teachings, influence, or apostolic ecosystem associated with Apostle Arome Osayi.
That is not merely popularity.
That is apostolic reproduction.
You cannot manufacture this kind of influence through ambition, association, or the pursuit of recognition. It is the product of years of doctrine, sacrifice, discipleship, consistency, spiritual formation, and the raising of men.
Luck cannot take you there. Dragging for recognition cannot give you such a result.
Some legacies are built quietly over decades, until an entire generation begins to carry the evidence.
When the history of the modern Apostolic Movement in Africa is properly documented, Apostle Arome Osayi will not be a footnote.
His name will be part of the foundation.
