I have been waiting for @SouthwestAir to respond back to me as I have been back and forth since October about my luggage that they admitted to throwing away. I was reimbursed for items in luggage, but not the $846 I had to spend to replace the items in my bag. Please respond!
@saks@Marc_Metrick@RJCilley I did and it’s asking the same questions I have been dealing with for the past hour on the phone and text messaging and what I’ve done since December. I appreciate a phone call or a number to speak with someone at corporate.
@saks@Marc_Metrick@RJCilley not sure how to receive my money that you have not refunded since December so I thought maybe this would help. I’m beyond frustrated with customer service and lack of communication and follow through on my refund for items I never received.

@JSerravallo hi! I’ve read your post about access to paper books and listened to your webinar about the importance of paper/pen and paper books until 4th grade. Do you have any suggestions on any schools that are already closed having a system for accessing paper books?
