@planert41 I felt this way until I cut way back on my carb intake about 3 months ago. My energy levels are significantly higher now. I’d recommend giving it a shot. I never realized how big of a difference such a simple diet change could make on my energy and parenting abilities.

@VPasquantino Vinnie ilysm but the case for the salary cap is broader. The 2015 Royals were the ONLY team in the past 30 years to win a WS with a bottom-half payroll. That’s a huge problem. Most WS winning teams are top 5 or top 10. Outliers exist but the OVERALL trend is inherently unfair.
