@consumersenergy did a fantastic job this weekend. We lost power twice but crews were working in the rain and storms. Thanks to everyone who worked so hard!

Again with @united. We paid for the four kids to join us on vacation and they cancelled flight. @united is the ONLY flight cancelled! Everyone else seems to be able to leave out of GRR but @united!

Although I have had bad service on other airlines, today @americanairlines did an amazing job! With storms and delays the staff has been helpful and friendly. Thank you Jennifer at B4 and B6 in San Antonio.
