@SouthwestAir loses my checked bag and can’t get it to my location by 8am tomorrow. Just received bag at the airport and the voucher doesn’t even cover the uber costs to retrieve a bag at 1am. Additionally, opted into messages and never heard anything. Be better, unacceptable

@SouthwestAir haven’t had a good experience with Southwest all year. First it was cancelled flights, now I pay for upgraded boarding but it doesn’t carry over on my connection flight? If I pay full price for A1-15 I don’t expect B6 for half of the trip. What a joke
@SouthwestAir So early bird isn’t guaranteed A class, but they are guaranteed priority over the people that buy upgraded boarding A1-15? Otherwise I’m still confused as to how I’m behind the early bird people when they still can’t check in and I bought upgraded boarding
@SouthwestAir Thanks for clarifying but I did not buy early bird, that’s the point. I paid full price for A1-15 and you guys are only honoring it for the first flight and not the connecting flight. So my question is how was I supposed to get a better position on the second flight?

@SouthwestAir cancelled our Thursday flight. Moved us back OVER 24 hours to the Friday red eye. CANCELLED that flight too. now going to have to eat the first class @Delta flight home on Monday unless @Delta will work with us as that will be our airline moving forward
@SouthwestAir Cancelled our flight yesterday and now a 2 hour (at least) delay today. Should I save myself the trouble and cancel my upcoming flights for next month or what?
@SouthwestAir has now cancelled 2 out of my last 3 flights with them. Flying out today at 2:55 and next they’re moving us to tomorrow at 5:40PM. Unbelievable. And am I getting reimbursed for the fee I paid to have A1?
@SouthwestAir Been waiting on a refund from my cancelled flight on 12/28. Since then, the card I used to purchase the ticket has expired. New card has same number but different exp date, what do I need to do to get my money?
