@VinnieTortorich Interesting. I’ve been eating a bowl of oatmeal mixed with Greek yogurt and berries and don’t get hungry for hours or experience a crash. I must be an anomaly.
The @Cubs should not lose more than a game or two the rest of the month. The competition is bottom of the barrel. Time to kick it into high gear and take control of the Central. Otherwise it’s just gonna be another one of those years.
@Mangan150 Smoking is always listed as a risk factor. Does it need to be changed to not using nicotine? Or is nicotine and/or tobacco safe if not smoked?
@adambailes007 I’m 5’10”, 160lb. I’d guess I’m around 12% bf. Weight training or running daily. I typically eat a Whole Foods diet—meat, eggs, dairy, fruit, veg, rice, potatoes, sourdough, etc. 2x daily. Thinking about trying a more animal based way of eating for all the mentioned benefits.
Do most people who eat carnivore skip breakfast? I’d like to try the diet but need to make sure I don’t lose weight, but instead gain muscle and lose some body fat.
