Two deliveries have been rescheduled a total of ELEVEN times, the most recent for a month from now. No calls, no texts, no email, yes I’m opted in. I’ve spent hours on the phone with cust service.
Do better, get me my delivery.
This is a failure of leadership.

@cvspharmacy why can’t I just talk to someone when I call? Why do I have to fight a phone tree for 15 minutes just to leave a voicemail? I just want to check a prescription status
@cvspharmacy why can’t I talk to a human being, and instead I’m forced to go through your RIDICULOUS phone tree before leaving a voicemail that gets ignored every time I try to call a pharmacy?
