And that is that while rural SD white people will die, the highest risk is actually for Native Americans.

During 2009 H1N1 pandemic, the mortality rate was 0.9 deaths per 100,000 people, but for Native Americans it was 3.7 per 100,000 people.
Native Americans in SD have been ripped of resources & are not able to access the same care as even rural people there, let alone urban. 20/
