To make change in government, constituents must make their issue a high priority and define it. This is a successful moment in history, thanks to those that came forward, defining the injustices of TB in the past to make change for the future! #PLLC1E#PLLC
As leaders it is important that we give back to our followers using Servant Leadership. Here’s what I did to improve the atmosphere at my workplace! #PLLC1E#PLLCserves#pllc
@jwhit107 I think that in order to accurately lead a team a central understanding is needed. In this case the goal of security is reinforced by the leader and the entire group is able to understand the dangers of a security breach, and strive to be better followers.
With clear goals of security in place, even large federal teams are able to maintain consistency with the presence of a focused leader. Congrats to the Communications Security Establishment for leading Canadian politics to secure voting. #PLLC1E#PLLC
