It is trickery at its best! I contacted the same people on Twitter and got the same email from ALL of them. They know exactly what they are doing!

@justanswer Y’all know what you are doing and it’s very dishonest and deceitful. Your rep mentions the $5 charge but doesn’t mention any other charges but you get one anyway. Then you have to go on your site and feel out other info just to cancel. Then your reps say your shit out of luck!
