Former stockbroker pleads guilty to securities fraud

“James Patten, a North Carolina resident, pleaded guilty to securities fraud charges related to manipulating the stock prices of two publicly traded companies.
One of the firms, Hometown International, had a market capitalization of more than $100 million despite owning just a small, unprofitable deli in Paulsboro, New Jersey.
Two other men, Peter Coker Sr. and son Peter Coker Jr., remain charged in the case in New Jersey federal court.”

$GTII Want your dividend? After getting the runaround from iTrade, I told them if they didn't get their shit together I was going to send a personal and confidential letter to their CEO expressing my displeasure with them selling me fake counterfeit shares thus being unable to deliver my dividend. Shortly after that I had a big shooter contact me and told me he would sort this out. A day later he told me that Liberty needed this form filled out and sent to them, so I entered my number of restricted shares I wanted unrestricted, my account number and signed it. They sent it off and 8 days later my dividend was sorted out. Ask your broker to send Liberty this form and see what they say. Worked for me. @HAMShortkiller @BasileEsq
