These two photos of the Nancy Guthrie suspect were taken on different days, sources confirm to me and @LibbeyDean_ – indicating the suspect appears to have visited Guthrie’s house before the kidnapping.
Here at Devils Den state park in Arkansas to give you a closer look at the trailhead & scene of Saturdays double homicide that sent shock waves through the community.
I hiked this trail the day before. The trails at Devils Den State Park remain closed as the investigation & manhunt continues in the double homicide.

@DoctorTurtleboy If they don’t let this witness go she’s gonna get convicted! Let it go! He’s testified that it was said and there’s going to be a million more witnesses that say it. Dang I’m pro defense but they gotta pick there battles!
@TheSoJoFiles There was a glove found by one of the criminal behavioral podcast gut outside by the trash can and told the police about it. Wonder if it was the same one?
@TheSoJoFiles They should be ashamed of themselves!! She’s going to probably walk because they have a shit case. Congrats Casey Anthony you now have a friend
Undetermined but in the first two weeks of December!
Literally anything… could have gotten security footage. Could have gotten credit cards run on those days. Could have had the friend check her bank statements. Could have asked college for when her exam was. Literally anything to nail down date but no they didn’t do any of it.
This is literally our world’s problem. Where was his dad when he was mentally unstable and homeless? Oh yeah he abandoned him when he was young. But if there’s money to be had, he’s a daddy.
Jordan Neely's dad has already filed a lawsuit against Daniel Penny on Wednesday of last week while the jury was still deliberating.
Andre Zachary filed the suit in New York supreme court seeking damages “in a sum which exceeds the jurisdictional limits of all lower Courts which would otherwise have jurisdiction."
Daniel Penny may be free, but they still want to ruin his life and bankrupt him.
