@GovChrisSununu Housing is needed across the State and that includes small communities as well. This program was set up for only large developers who had money and the projects planned out. Timelines were too short for people to get new projects started and get approval from municipalities.

@GovChrisSununu Your $100m program is only available for projects already in the pipeline with prior approvals. These projects were going forward anyway. How about help with new housing projects? Low Cost Veterans housing? get some new projects going instead of back funding these projects

Why are people upset that I would use their fame and following to get attention to this issue? I am a nobody on twitter and yet people have been responding for the last couple days.

Since they are high profile spokesman for the company I will use their fame and following to bring attention to it. Not sure why there are so many people upset that a nobody on twitter would tweet.

Most States I work in have adopted the Standard Fire Insurance language which supersedes their crappy policy language. They still try to enforce it even after they have lost in court

@GatorTheLegend @PatrickMahomes @StateFarm @AaronRodgers12 @Allstate Not sure where your AllState loyalty comes from but I have been a licensed Public Adjuster for 18 years and Allstate is one of the worst carriers to deal with on Homeowners claims. My last 2 Allstate claims that went to arbitration were increased over 100% from their first offer

Doing so while honoring the insurance contract would be preferrable over the current Delay, Deny, Defend model. It is a proven method though. If you make it tough most insureds will give up and accept less than they are owed.

Reduced claim payout from 96-103% or premiums collected to below 75%. Profits skyrocketed with this new business model.
