Ordered Cheese slices. Opened the sealed pack today, found out it’s spoiled. Completely unacceptable, if dairy products can't be stored properly should not be sold. This is a serious food safety issue, Pls fix your quality control. ID-242886767004342

@SleepyCat_India What kind of service is this??? Mattress delivered 12 days back, bed delivered 10 days back and yet no one has turned up for installation despite multiple calls. If this is how you treat from day 1, How reliable you are for the years you claim as warranty?

@passportsevamea @DrSJaishankar @PMOIndia I’d applied for renewal of my passport at HYD, normal category no changes, to my surprise it’s been more than 15 days now and it’s still showing pending for police verification. There is absolutely no point of contact for further enquiry.

@passportsevamea I'm disappointed, it's not at all faster service like Sushma ji's time when in 4 days I had it in my hand. l'd applied for passport renewal, appt date - 9th Jun'26, it's still pending for police verification. Passport toll free no. & calling PS is of no help.

@MEAIndia @IndianDiplomacy My son, 15 yr old, has a summit to be attended in Mexico. He’ll be travelling on 23rd Apr India-Abu Dhabi-JFK-MEX-MID.
With current situation how safe it is for travelling? Should he go?

@cromaretail why is your service is so worse?? I’d stopped buying from Croma since last 12 years, I regret changing my mind. We bought 4 door @IndiaHaier fridge, repeated calls and 2 days wait, installation guy came today. 3 big scratches on it, No resolution yet by @cromaretail

@cromaretail I Hope you understand fridge is an essential necessity and not a luxury. It’s been 15 days now since I paid and first delivery happened with damaged product. You expect me to be patient but hw abt you providing the service which I’ve paid for. When is this replacement happening??

@cromaretail More than 24 hours and no solution, no replacement / return has happened. Y’day somebody had called and sent a link to upload photos and videos which I did but after that no revert yet. @cromaretail service is really disappointing

@IndiaHaier I’ve not raised complaint with Haier but Croma as the fridge was bought from Croma, but since your doesn’t have protective film like LG fridges, it had scratches during transportation. It being an essential item and waiting for a week for replacement is a pain.

@cromaretail @IndiaHaier Why your fridges don’t have protective film on doors like other brands, it will save it from scratches / dents and save customers from unnecessary wait and loss of items. Fridge is an essential need in routine life and waiting for a week for replacement is difficult
