An Independent Disciplinary Commission has today expelled Southampton from the Sky Bet Championship Play-Offs after the Club admitted to multiple breaches of EFL Regulations related to the unauthorised filming of other Clubs’ training.

In addition, the Club has received a four-point deduction that will be applied to the 2026/27 Championship table.

The effect of today’s order is that Middlesbrough are reinstated into the 2026 Play-Offs and will proceed to the Play-Off Final against Hull City. The final remains scheduled for Saturday 23 May, with the kick-off time to be confirmed.

I am in diabetes remission, all thanks to the UK Momenta 'NHS diabetes in remission programme' with help from podcasts such as @Pharmacomedian.
It was 12 weeks of TDR with coach support.
I really didn't think last October that I would be able to run a 5k @parkrun but I just did!

This time last week I was on 1.5g Metformin & Empagliflozin for Type II diabetes.
6 days ago I stopped all diabetic medication and 1 of the 3 BP medications I take in order to start the Momenta Diabetes in Remission programme.

Its 11% of my net income.
I dislike that I can't shop around and get a better deal, meanwhile watch my local council spending/(wasting IMO) my hard earned money.

@MartinSLewis A local Uni gives a £3k bursary for those whose parents households have an income under £25k.

So a child of a full time single parent earning say £26k gets £0.

The criteria does feel a bit low for 2025

Unplanned power cut last night which was restored after 3 hours.

Waited 1.5 years for a tooth to be taken out at hospital.
Now in excruciating pain and need antibiotics, NHS111 gave appt for 27 hours time, meanwhile infection is spreading.
NHS dentistry is broken
