Every post is crafted to communicate credibility, clarity, and intent. We lead with insight, align content with business objectives, and ensure each message carries one strong, purposeful idea.
Your company website is a statement of intent. It signals credibility, discipline, and vision. It tells clients, investors, and partners whether your brand is grounded, structured, and future-ready.
Make it look great and tell a story!
A firm that consistently publishes insights on regulatory shifts, sector developments, and emerging risks is no longer just a service provider, it becomes a reference point.
Directories such as IFLR1000 , Chambers and Partners, and Legal 500 influence how firms are viewed by investors, international counsel, and cross-border clients.
We advise law firms on which ranking bodies to apply to, when to apply, and how to position their practice.
Magazines and newsletters are not content. They are positioning tools. We design and publish magazines and newsletters that help organisations control narrative, demonstrate authority, and stay top of mind with the right audience.
We make publications that speak with purpose.
Your reports represent your organisation long after meetings end.
Let TA Brand help you present your insights with clarity, structure, and a strong brand identity.

Those who don't cite the case have the discretion not to. In Young v. Bristol Aeroplane Co. Ltd [1944] KB 718, court reaffirmed that judges, have the discretion to cite any case they deem appropriate.

Partnership Law in Uganda saw a great development when Pimer vs. Bakayana was decided.

Hon. Justice Irene Mulyagonja.
She argued a case which set the principle that the Constitutional Court has jurisdiction to entertain matters that would otherwise fall under Article 50 of the Constitution.
