@ICT_MrP We need to teach chn how to swim safely in open water. The news contradicts itself. One minute they're showing how great it is, next it's awful & dangerous. It's not. As an OW swimmer & HLTA I talk honestly to the children about it & tell them how to stay safe. Happy to discuss.

I'm totally joining them. I mean, look at the straight lines of the house and how perfectly spaced the rays of sun are 😍 I need to learn those skills. I love colouring too. It's fabulous, I'd be tempted with a hopscotch too

Would you be furious if your neighbors’ kids turned the entire street into their personal chalkboard in broad daylight?
Two kids just covered our whole pavement with massive drawings — rainbows, houses, suns — like it’s their playground. No parents in sight.
I have the photos. The right people have already been informed.
Families walk here. Cars drive here daily. We all try to keep the neighborhood clean and decent. But this? This is next level disrespectful.
Parents — if this is your kids, you need to come clean it up properly and teach them this isn’t okay. Where was the supervision?!
This can’t just be brushed off.

@BBCBreakfast a local driver passed my child (in high Viz with a bright yellow helmet) and missed their head with the wing mirror by inches! Drivers need to change. Their hatred of cyclists stops many getting on bikes. Driver impatience puts cyclists at risk unnecessarily.

@saraaspinall66 @MartinSLewis You stop paying it off when it's paid off. Otherwise it's 25yrs. I graduated the year after you and mine is written off this October.
Unfortunately, poor life choices (didn't seem it at the time) mean I've never earnt over the threshold. I now can't afford to go to uni for PGCE.

@educationgovuk You've cut my hours. Our school has a successful BC inc free provision for children in need. More children and your underfunding means my hours will be cut to cover the costs you don't. Our school will lose a highly qualified and experienced TA. I won't be able to afford to stay.
