🔴Torture in the Iranian Army Intelligence and suicide attempt in the Police Criminal Investigation detention centre: Ekbatan case defendant’s life at severe risk

The Tehran Criminal Prosecutor's Office has accused #AmirMohammadKhosheghbal of assisting murder, assisting assault, and disrupting public order in the Ekbatan case.

We have uncovered new details about this case, as well as an image of Amir Mohammad. Based on Dadban's information, he was arrested by the army intelligence in November while serving in the Iran Air Force. A soldier found and reported pictures of protests on his cellphone, which led to his arrest.

Our new information indicates that Amir Mohammad is being severely tortured in the Air Force Intelligence Detention Center in order to confess to the murder of Arman Alivardi. One informed source asserts that "Amir Mohammad was tortured so harshly that he confessed to killing Aliverdi and kicking him to the point where blood was dripping from his shoes.".

However, according to the coroner's examination of Aliverdi's body, the external injuries were insignificant and his death was caused by a blow to the head resulting in hemorrhage.

Khosheghbal will then be handed over to additional investigators, including officers of the Tehran Intelligence Police. Having been tortured so severely, he attempted suicide in police custody, but failed.

Amir Mohammad was born in June 1997. Besides forced self-incriminating confessions or forced confessions obtained from other defendants, no evidence is presented in his case regarding his charges.
