@PokemonGoApp it’s too difficult to get Zygarde cells. Even if you finish a route, you don’t always get one or see it. It should be automatic if you finish a route. There should also be some events where you can catch up and get more.

@NianticHelp when I open up the Pokémon app today it gives a screen saying weekly challenge, catch 22 pokemon, but the screen freezes there and you can’t swipe it away; it won’t move on to the game. Can you fix this?

@NianticHelp I participated in a remote eternatus raid and it said we won and gave rewards, but then said “eternatus escapes”-that happened twice. Why is that happening if we win? It didn’t give me a chance to try catching it.

I completed a party play task with a friend and went to click on “claim reward” but the app crashed/immediately closed. I tried like 10 times and the same thing happened. App closed every time I try to claim the reward.
