As for stories from history books they are all fabricated and Fadak had nothing to do with rejecting Khilafah of Abu Bakr

@AbuAlKitabayn @Assimalhakeem This hadith applies when the ummah is agreed upon a specific person that he is Imam. Which is not the case right now... ask this question yourself: who is Imam of this ummah? your uncle? No two people will be giving the same answer and hence this doesn't apply.
