@grantshapps Finally, this is long overdue. Look at this dopey moron parked mostly on the path & forcing disabled people & people with prams into the road.
@LBC What about standing by the employees who worked during this whole pandemic? We're now in danger of being made redundant in favour of those who were and continue to be furloughed.
@RishiSunak What about a plan for people who were forced to come to work during the pandemic & are now finding out that they are more likely to be made redundant in favour of their furloughed colleagues?
@RishiSunak Can you please put some redundancy protection in place for people who were forced to come to work during the pandemic & not just focus on those who were furloughed? 2/2
@RishiSunak I've been working all this time from the office. Some of my colleagues were furloughed. Now I'm being told that it's more beneficial for my employers to make me redundant in favour of them. Can you see how this is unfair? 1/2
@RaynerSkyNews I've been working all this time. Some of my colleagues have been furloughed. This new incentive means it's more beneficial to make me redundant rather than them. Can anyone see how this is unfair?
@RishiSunak You do realise that the people placed on furlough leave are the ones breaking the lockdown? Because who else would have the time for day trips and parties? Certainly not the people who are currently working, that's for sure.
@10DowningStreet@BorisJohnson I don't drive & live too far to walk, I rely on buses to get to work. Will buses still run? (My colleagues who've been furloughed either drive, have a partner who drives & can drop them off, or live closer & can walk yet I'm the 1 who has to struggle to get in every day.)
