@SouthwestAir not only did 1 out of the 21 suitcases not make it somehow on my flight, I was told it would be at its desired destination at 7:30am to be told it never got on the plane to be HUNG UP ON by service agents

And now I’m being told I didn’t order the pockets (false) and that Velcro coming off is normal wear and tear EXCEPT IT WAS NEVER USED

Orders a banner from @banner_buzz and it fell apart and didn’t come in correctly from what I ordered and now they are telling me I didn’t order the pockets (on a 10ft banner that’s held by 5ft cheerleaders) and the velcro came off as soon as we pulled it apart

@banner_buzz I ordered an almost $400 10 foot banner WITH pole pockets so my cheerleaders can hold it and BEFORE it was even used the velcro came off and it came without pockets - which I know I clicked the pockets because HOW WOULD THEY HOLD IT
