@vieir112 hey, I 100% agree. Also woman and men can see the support from the online community. Social media, in my opinion, allowed the #metoo movement to be so powerful and empowering.

@HuffKnowsStuff@bonstewart@alyellen_ed Metacognition... thinking about our thinking. Can we examine why we hold certain views or bias? What online influences are we absorbing? Why do we have views on certain topics that we don't know much about?

@TaylorDevan8 Sometimes I think the news and online media show to much. Should EVERYTHING be shared? Are we going to start posting pictures of people in their caskets?

@legaults8 We have to remember that we are the user, we need to be aware. Taking a bunch of facebook surveys.... probably not a good idea. We need to make sure that we do our own research and are not easily influenced by whatever is put infront of us.

@leswebber6 Yes, there is a sense of safety that people feel behind a screen. How can we foster this confidence in real life with our students. Also, this online confidence may be a president for online bullying. #unboundeq
@bonstewart This photo is interesting- it gives a sense of okayness, that we have alway been this way to a degree. However, I agree with @bonstewart that there are new issues of surveillance that did not come with reading a news paper. Now there is someone looking back at you #unboundeq
@bonstewart I recently had an eye dr appointment and got a prescription for glasses. I looked up one online glasses company and now my facebook, instagram and all ads on my phone and laptop are filled with adds for eye glass companies. #unboundeq
When thinking of cross curricular teaching I beleive its important to take a wholistic approach. In real life subjects are not neatly divided into categories. Knowledge and subjects intersect. @ghobhainn#356Learning
My fellow classmates box social presentations have given me so many great ideas to use in my own English classroom. I loved using humans of New York to generate character development. @ghobhainn#356Learning
π€chose this emoji because assessmnet and evaluation is the intimidating part of teaching for me. I hope by the end of this course I feel more confident. @lclark65
