This woman came to pick her daughter up from KinderCare in Plantation, FL, and was a little late. The daycare is now closed, but there’s one issue: her 2-year-old daughter is inside, alone, with the lights off and crying. The mother calls 911, and authorities have to break in to get her out. The business blamed it on short staffing, but who just leaves a 2-year-old behind? Not a good look for KinderCare.

For more than a decade he fought alongside Americans in some of the most dangerous areas of Afghanistan.

He came through the official process. He did not cross the border illegally.

He was living in Texas, working to support his wife and six children while his asylum case was pending.
