You chat service only restarting the device or something and not resolving the issue. I am always facing these kind of issue, since morning this is happening with me….

Please allow the concerned team to replace the outside box, due to rain and dirt it’s raising a problem to us. From last week to resolve others query it affecting my connection. Check the condition of the outside box. Thanks!

I’m very disappointed with your service. I had ordered the DuoPods i7 TWS, but instead, I received DuoPods K7 in the package. This isn't just about sending any product — it's about fulfilling the exact order placed by the customer. Support ticket closed why???

Waiting for your response. This is not right — I received DuoPods K7 instead of DuoPods i7 TWS. I haven’t used the product. I raised the issue, but your team closed it without resolving anything. I specifically ordered DuoPods i7 because I liked the design.
