@ScotCitylink Appalled by Megabus/Scottish Citylink. My disabled son has a valid concession pass but couldn’t find it, so we were pressured to buy 2 tickets. We found it 3 mins later, before departure, but were refused a refund. No compassion shown. Template replies, disgusted.

For the last 2 weeks there has been no No.1 bus between 5 and 630 going to dalneigh but 2 going the opp way 15 mins apart. Sort it for 2morrow out please!!

@StagecoachHLand Well I did 2 days ago when the bus never showed up, wasn't showing as cancelled, app was not updated and i waited over an hour before walking home.
Now - no i don't!

Everyone knows that ticket touting is so wrong so Why do competition sites get 20 tickets b4 they go sale, Kilted competitions had 20 Oasis tickets and sold tickets to win then and pocketed £20,000!
