Exciting milestone this week as we conducted our final site inspection at Pear Tree Academy! 🎉 This incredible new secondary school is designed to support up to 133 pupils with profound, severe, & multiple learning difficulties, including those with autism spectrum disorder.

We started this week with a powerful team workshop, thanks to SISU Psychology! Monday's session zeroed in on the art of giving and receiving feedback—how to make it constructive and impactful for driving continuous improvement. #TeamDevelopment

We were on site at All Saints High School in Rawtenstall earlier this week where the superstructure for the new teaching block is on it's way up. A car park, cycle storage and new outdoor sports facilities will also be delivered as part of the rebuild programme.

Exciting progress at Bolt Works, Halifax! Last week, we visited the 122-apartment BTR block & were thrilled to see the final roof slab in place, and M&E containment, ventilation & sprinkler systems moving along smoothly on the lower levels. Looking forward to the next milestones!
