The setting plays on traditional English (British?) folklore. The cat people, mushroom and slime beings will keep younger players entertained. The darker aspects of folklore are there for older players. It seems well set up for success.

My Dolmenwood game set arrived Saturday. I only had time for a cursory glance but it looks fun. It appears to be well thought out for new gamers and younger gamers. A large, colorful cloth map can be spread out. A map book with attractive imagery will keep younger players engaged

Had a great time recording Tomes of Magick with Terry this morning. We took a buzz saw to Book of Madness Revised but I think listeners will get something out of it. Evil & insanity has a place in Mage games. And… that’s a little scary.
