@kensuu AIで初速が出せるようになった分、どこまでを内製して、どこからを共通基盤（SaaS）に投げるかという「切り分けの最適化」のゲームが始まっている感じがしますね。

AIツールを活用するようになってから、「この仕事はどこまで本格的なAIに任せるべきか」を考える機会が増えた。

以前はなるべく高性能なモデルを使った方が良い結果が出ると思っていたのですが、実際に試してみると、軽めのモデルやシンプルな使い方でも十分なケースが意外と多くて、むしろ精神的な負担が小さくなることもある。

ただ、どこまでを「高性能モデルに任せた方がいい領域」とするかの判断が難しくて、この線引きをどうつけるのが自分にとって心地いいのか、まだ試行錯誤を続けているところです。
