Very recommended, far cheaper, and they’re also still good for a few other backwards compatibility titles (FFXIII Xbox backwards compat had exclusively upscaled cutscenes etc., possibly still exclusive)

Try changing the system-level setting from “hdr for compatible software” to “off” instead (on that specific dropdown, not the top toggle), then try again. It’s possible that alone may fix it at this point (in my case, nothing else needed changing, but in the past I think I might have needed to mess with the 4:4:4 hdmi setting — on this time and was fine though).
